Which payment method Should I use?

You can pay for your order with paypal and Credit Card. In general, we can accept Master Card, Visa Card, American Express Card, JCB card. In addition to that, we also can accept western union; you contact our service staff to ask the payment account before your order. Meanwhile,our stytems will send our western union account to your email automatically after receiving your order. when we receive your payment, we will arrange the shipping as soon as possible after having confirmed your order information.

For the convenience each other, the amount of order which is $20 below only can accept paypal or webmoney.

For amounts over $1000, please use Western Union because of lower transaction costs.

I would like to pay with PayPal, what should I do?

• 1. Please log in at first. Click "My Account",then select "paypal" on the left side of the page,then click "continue".
• 2. Enter the amount you would like to transfer into your account. Click "Confirm Charge".
• 3. Log in your PayPal account.
• 4. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register one.
• 5. Check the total amount and verify other information, if there are no problems, click "Pay Now" to complete your payment.
• 6. The money will be transferred into your account directly. Check and verify your account carefully.
• 7. You can go to "My Account" to view the detailed payment and historical records.
• 8. If the amount you have added does not be in your C2345 account, please email C2345 to check, and the content should include transaction ID, the amount, your email, and your paypal account.

I would like to pay with Western Union, what should I do?

• 2. Please find the nearest Western Union agent or go to Western Union Website to transfer money to below account:

• 3. When you fill the western union money transfer form, please make sure all the letters you should write are correct.
• 4. You will get a receipt about Money Transfer Control Number after having paid, and you can check your amount with this number.
• 5. Log in "My account (charge)", and select "Off-line Payment" then click "Continue" button.
• 6. Click the "I've sent money to this account" button on the right side of Western Union Logo.
• 7. Fill out the form and click "Submit"
• 8. Please enter the amount, your country, Last Name, First Name, recipient's First Name, recipient's Last Name, MTCN(Money Transfer Control Number).
• 9. Make sure all the informations you fill out is the same as them in the money transfer form and click "submit".
• 10. If you send Dollars, please select USD. If you send RMB, please select CNY.
• 11. In general, the amount will arrive to your account within 3 working days.

PayPal

For refund to PayPal account, you need to fill out "Receiver's E-mail", "Receiver's Real Name" and "Refund Amount".

If money is withdrawn within 60days after depositing money, you will receive a full refund including the paypal service charge.

If money is withdrawn more than 60days after depositing money, you will not be refunded service charge.

Customers notice: You will not be able to withdraw via paypal over 60 days from the date you have deposited your money.

Western Union / MoneyGram

For refund to Western Union or MoneyGram account, please enter the following information in the "Comments" field:

• Receiver's First Name: ###
• Receiver's Last Name: ###
• Receiver's City: ###
• Receiver's Country: #####
• Refund Amount: ######

Our accountant will give you the MTCN after having done the refund.

Note：

Transaction fees will automatically deducted from the amount that you requested.

Western Union Transfer Service fees:

Attention:

• (1) Our accountant will refund money to you within 3 working days.
• (2) Please notice that you have to be responsible for bank transfer fees. However, if you paid via PayPal and want a refund within 60 days after depositing, the PayPal service fee will be refunded.
• (3) Paypal or webmoney refunds will be completed within 24 hours. Other methods will take about 3 working days
