Amazon OAuth, data access, and protection

OAuth authorization flow

Submitting this form creates an access request only. After SellerOS verifies the requester and Seller ID, we send an official authorization link. You sign in and approve access on Amazon Seller Central; your Amazon password never passes through SellerOS.

Amazon returns an authorization result and refresh token. SellerOS stores the token securely and uses it only to call the APIs and marketplaces you approved. Data synchronization starts only after your explicit authorization succeeds.

Data SellerOS may access

Sales and ordersOrder statistics, sales trends, SKU performance, refunds, and operational reporting.
Inventory and FBAFBA/FBM inventory, inventory health, inbound shipments, receiving progress, and availability.

Data use and protection commitments

Purpose limitedSeller data is used only for the SellerOS features and managed services you enable. We do not sell seller data.
Protected in transit and storageData is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Sensitive authorization credentials are encrypted and available only to authorized services.
Restricted data controlledSellerOS does not proactively collect buyer identity data for routine analytics. Restricted data is limited, retained, and deleted under Amazon policy.
Revocable and removableYou can revoke the application in Amazon Seller Central and request deletion of locally retained authorization data.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you authorize

Does SellerOS receive my Amazon password?

No. Sign-in and authorization happen on Amazon Seller Central. SellerOS receives only Amazon's authorization response and credentials required for approved API calls.

Does submitting this request start data access?

No. It creates a request for review. Data access begins only after verification and your explicit authorization on Amazon.

Can I connect only SP-API or Ads API?

Yes. Choose the scope you currently need and add other authorized capabilities later.

Can I revoke access and request deletion?

Yes. Revoke the application in Amazon Seller Central and contact us to stop synchronization and process retained authorization data under the applicable policy.
