Inventory and FBA

FBA and FBM inventory, inventory health, replenishment, inbound shipments, receiving progress, and availability

Settlements, fees, refunds, reimbursements, spend, performance, and authorized ad object management

Purpose limitation

Data supports the operations and managed services you enable. Seller data is not sold.

Credential protection

SellerOS does not collect Amazon passwords. Authorization credentials are protected and accessed only by authorized services.

Permission and revocation

Permissions follow enabled features. You can revoke access in Seller Central and request deletion of local authorization data.

PII boundary

SellerOS does not proactively collect buyer identity data for routine analytics. Restricted data is limited under Amazon policy.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you authorize

Does SellerOS receive my Amazon password?

No. Sign-in and authorization happen on Amazon Seller Central. SellerOS receives only Amazon's authorization response and credentials required for approved API calls.

Does submitting this request start data access?

No. It creates a request for review. Data access begins only after verification and your explicit authorization on Amazon.

Can I connect only SP-API or Ads API?

Yes. Choose the scope you currently need and add other authorized capabilities later.

Can I revoke access and request deletion?

Yes. Revoke the application in Amazon Seller Central and contact us to stop synchronization and process retained authorization data under the applicable policy.
