Scope
- These instructions apply to SellerOS account and organization data, authorized Amazon operating data, and platform user data, publishing jobs, and status records obtained through official Google, YouTube, Meta, Instagram, or TikTok authorization.
Revoke Access
- Remove the relevant platform connection in SellerOS Video Management. Once disconnected, the service stops creating new platform API operations for that account.
- You may also revoke C2345 Video Publish from Google third-party connections, Instagram Apps and Websites, Meta Apps and Websites, or TikTok Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services.
- Amazon store authorization can be revoked through application authorization management in Amazon Seller Central. To close an entire SellerOS organization account, identify the organization and users to deactivate in the deletion request.
Submit a Deletion Request
- Send an email from the SellerOS organization email used for the platform connection to support@c2345.com with the subject “User Data Deletion”.
- Include your SellerOS username or organization name, the data scope to remove, and the relevant Seller ID, YouTube channel, Instagram username, or TikTok username. Do not send passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, or other secrets.
- If a user removes C2345 Video Publish from Instagram or Meta Apps and Websites, Meta sends a signed request to our verified callback. The system automatically clears the related authorization data and returns a confirmation code and status URL for data-deletion requests.
Data We Delete
- After verification, we delete or irreversibly de-identify, within the requested scope, SellerOS user profiles, Amazon and social-platform authorization credentials, account connections, cached profiles, incomplete jobs, and related personal data that is no longer required.
- Published videos remain in the user’s own YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok account and are not automatically deleted when SellerOS is disconnected. Users can delete published content directly on the platform; locally stored account associations and nonessential publishing data will be handled as part of the request.
Timing and Limited Retention
- We verify the requester’s identity and organization authority. Verified requests to delete YouTube Authorized Data are completed within 7 calendar days; other requests are completed within 30 days after verification, with confirmation by email. Copies in backups are deleted or overwritten during the normal backup rotation, no later than 90 days.
- Where law, financial controls, security, abuse prevention, or dispute handling requires minimal audit records, we isolate them, restrict access and use, and delete or anonymize them when the required period ends.
