1. Operator and scope of service

  • SellerOS is operated by CWind Network Technology Co., Ltd. (台州市黄岩区云风网络科技有限公司).
  • SellerOS provides authorized SKU and listing management, operating analytics, advertising, inventory and FBA workflows, orders and finance, support-case tracking, product research, product video, brand storefronts, managed operations, and related services.
  • Available features and data depend on the deployed version, account permissions, store authorization, selected plan, platform eligibility, and any written agreement with the customer.
  • Preview, beta, or staged features may have limited availability or different service commitments as identified in the product.

2. Eligibility, organizations, and accounts

  • You must be legally able and duly authorized to act for the organization, seller account, store, channel, or professional account you connect.
  • Each user must use their own assigned identity. Accounts, sessions, passwords, and authentication factors may not be shared with unauthorized persons.
  • Organization administrators are responsible for assigning roles and promptly removing access when responsibilities change or a working relationship ends.
  • You must notify SellerOS promptly about suspected account compromise, unauthorized access, or misuse.

3. Third-party platform authorization

  • SellerOS connects to third-party services only through authorization initiated by an eligible user, including Amazon SP-API, Amazon Ads API, Google and YouTube, Meta and Instagram, and TikTok.
  • You represent that you control or are authorized to connect each account and that the connection and requested use comply with the platform terms, developer policies, and applicable law.
  • SellerOS requests and uses permissions for enabled functions. Revoking authorization stops new API activity within that authorization scope, subject to jobs already completed or technically in progress.
  • Third-party platforms control their own availability, account eligibility, API limits, content review, publishing decisions, and enforcement actions.
  • Video publishing is governed by the account eligibility, granted permissions, quota, region, content rules, and developer policies of Google and YouTube, Meta and Instagram, or TikTok. The user must review the target account, video, and settings and explicitly confirm each post.
  • API integration does not mean Amazon, Google, YouTube, Meta, Instagram, or TikTok certifies, recommends, or endorses SellerOS.

4. Isolated store operating environments and geography

  • Enterprise customers may contract for an isolated U.S. store operating environment and U.S. business Internet connection. Each environment uses a separate operating-system or virtual-machine boundary for the customer's own authorized Amazon store operations, team collaboration, file separation, and audit needs.
  • Store accounts, files, tools, and sessions are not reused across environments. Browser-profile separation is an additional control inside the operating-system or virtual-machine boundary, not the primary isolation boundary.
  • These environments are customer-specific operating infrastructure. SellerOS does not offer them as a public shared proxy, consumer VPN, anonymity service, or method to conceal account ownership or control.
  • The environment may not be used to bypass geographic availability, account eligibility, security controls, or publishing restrictions imposed by TikTok or any other third-party platform.
  • TikTok OAuth and Content Posting features are made available only where TikTok officially provides those services. Other SellerOS functions are not restricted solely because this platform-specific rule applies to TikTok.

5. Acceptable use

  • You must have a lawful basis and all required rights for data, images, videos, trademarks, product claims, and other content you submit or publish.
  • You may not use SellerOS for fraud, fake transactions, review manipulation, intellectual-property infringement, deceptive content, unauthorized surveillance, malicious competition, or violations of marketplace or advertising rules.
  • You may not bypass access controls, API limits, publishing confirmations, security safeguards, billing controls, or platform restrictions.
  • You may not access another customer's data, distribute protected exports, reverse engineer the service, or resell SellerOS without written authorization.

6. Analytics and AI-assisted features

  • SellerOS may use analytics and AI to prepare summaries, product-video concepts, anomaly detection, risk indicators, operating recommendations, and task proposals.
  • AI output supports human decisions and does not guarantee sales, profit, advertising performance, ranking, policy compliance, or a particular platform outcome.
  • Users must review material product claims, prices, inventory, budgets, financial records, platform settings, and other high-impact information before approval or publication.
  • SellerOS limits AI context to the current task and applies the controls described in the Data and AI Security Statement.

7. Managed actions and publishing confirmations

  • Managed advertising and operating actions run only after an authorized user enables and, where required, confirms the applicable plan.
  • Execution remains limited by the selected store, object, budget, inventory, margin, strategy, risk, permission, and real-time safety controls.
  • Social video publishing requires an authorized account and user confirmation of the target account, selected video, editable metadata, visibility, interaction settings, and required commercial-content disclosures.
  • SellerOS records relevant requests, execution status, platform responses, and final links so authorized users can review the result.

8. Data protection and confidentiality

  • SellerOS processes information under the Privacy Policy and Data and AI Security Statement for authorized and necessary purposes.
  • SellerOS does not sell seller operating data, order data, advertising data, financial data, platform user data, or buyer personally identifiable information.
  • Customer, seller, store, and user data is separated according to permissions and service boundaries. Optional store environments add separate operating-system or virtual-machine boundaries.
  • Customers are responsible for protecting exports, reports, screenshots, links, and other information after they download or share it.

9. Fees and payment

  • Professional pricing may be based on valid monthly order volume and a stated monthly minimum. Enterprise pricing depends on stores, environments, managed services, storefronts, integrations, and agreed support.
  • Billing definitions, currency, taxes, payment terms, refunds, and included scope are governed by the pricing page, order, quote, contract, or other written agreement.
  • SellerOS may restrict paid features after reasonable notice if undisputed payment remains overdue.
  • Material pricing changes will be communicated through the site, product, email, or the method required by the applicable agreement.

10. Service changes and third-party dependencies

  • Features may change in response to product development, security needs, law, or third-party API and policy changes.
  • Marketplace data, attribution, fees, inventory, cases, video processing, and public metrics may be delayed or corrected by the source platform.
  • SellerOS will use reasonable efforts to communicate planned material maintenance. Emergency security work or third-party outages may require immediate action.
  • The source platform, financial records, and actual business evidence remain controlling for final reconciliation.

11. Suspension, termination, disconnection, and deletion

  • SellerOS may suspend access when an account presents a security risk, authorization expires, fees remain unpaid, these terms are violated, or a platform restricts the connection.
  • A customer may request termination, disconnect a platform account, or revoke authorization through the relevant platform settings.
  • After termination or revocation, SellerOS stops new synchronization or publishing within the affected scope and handles retained data under the Privacy Policy, platform requirements, contracts, and law.
  • Public user-data deletion instructions are available without sign-in at the User Data Deletion page.

12. Intellectual property and customer content

  • SellerOS software, interface, workflow, documentation, templates, and related technology belong to the operator or applicable licensors.
  • Customers retain their rights in lawfully provided data and content and grant SellerOS the limited rights needed to deliver enabled services.
  • The customer is responsible for product claims, music, voices, images, video, trademarks, and other content it approves for publication.

13. Disclaimers and responsibility limits

  • SellerOS does not warrant uninterrupted third-party APIs, absolute data completeness, or acceptance, reach, ranking, or performance on any marketplace or social platform.
  • Each party remains responsible for loss caused by its own unlawful conduct, unauthorized access, incorrect configuration, inaccurate data, or failure to follow agreed controls.
  • Any contractual limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes, governing terms, and contact

  • SellerOS may update these terms for product, platform, security, or legal changes. Material updates will be communicated through a reasonable channel.
  • These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator and any mandatory laws that apply to the customer or service.
